VCF Femenino drew 3-3 away to Rayo Vallecano on Matchday 25 of the Primera Iberdrola season, coming back from a three-goal deficit to claim a point. Aguado, Cubedo and Torrodà were all on the scoresheet in the fantastic fightback.
The game started in difficult fashion for VCF Femenino. Just 8 minutes in, Sheila scored for Rayo Vallecano, with Tere making it 2-0 on 22 minutes just after Candela had enjoyed an opportunity.
Aedo took the lead to 3-0 with 3 minutes remaining of the first half.
The reaction began just before the halftime break, as Aguado struck in a rebound from inside the area. The first period ended 3-1.
Upon the restart, the response continued, but it was not until the 63rd minute that Cubedo scored VCF Femenino's second, converting a penalty.
It was another spot kick that brought the score level, as this time Torrodà finished off from 11 metres.
An intense final 20 minutes saw no further goals but plenty of saves from the respective goalkeepers, with the match eventually concluding 3-3 with a point for VCF Femenino.
